We all enjoyed Joe's "Floral Dance" This was taken on the floor under the lights but had to be tilted up to avoid any shadows from the tripod/camera setup above it.

Joe was pleased with "Vegemite - or Vegemite not!!" He had set this up in the kitchen on the table using 2 ordinary 'warm' LED lights just above and to the front of the table plus the standard kitchen downlights.

Marthe thought Les's fruit collection was like a painting, with its very dark background and the lighting. Les had used a light box for his pictures, which has a selection of different background cloths.

Les was pleased with his three apples, beautifully lit.

Sonia liked Marthe's isolated sprig of sage against a plain white background. So simple and clean, and so sharply in focus that the texture of the leaves was clearly visible.

Marthe chose her closely packed oranges, with some of them catching the light.

Martin chose his tasty looking stir fry, with all its colours

Les thought this a striking picture with a good background. The fish fits perfectly and also fits into the colour scheme.

This was an interesting one from Mary - spot the 2 digestive biscuits hidden among the logs

This was one Mary put in as a "picture I happened upon", but in fact it still fits the food topic. Brian liked this one, and the colours. IL

We were all agreed on Irene's Orange Mousse - we thought the lighting and the colours worked well.
