Irene chose her picture taken at Valletta. She had chosen a panorama style for this shot.
Ingrid liked Irene's storm clouds taken at Portobello. She commented on the unusual colours, the grey sky and the diagonal pier.

Joe was pleased with this seascape from Tasmania.
Joe described this as 'people watching' on the Venice Beach cycle path. Athol chose it for some classic street photography.

Martin liked Les's picture of children absorbed in their own world. He felt it was like a painting.
Les was pleased with the way this seascape fades into the distance.

Fiona chose this picture from Martin for its colours, the matching blues of sky, sea and people. The positioning leads into the hole in the rock.
Martin thought this his best composition, with the diagonal line, the dog and the hole.

We all loved Mary's seasonal picture of a puffin with its wings raised - an amazing shot.
We had a young guest photographer at our meeting and we were all much impressed by her picture of gannets fighting.
