Oct / Nov 2012 - Flight Museum / Transport

In October, some of the members went to the Flight Museum at East Fortune. Group2 had a separate meeting looking at ways of using images. The topic for November was "Transport", covering the Museum of Flight, but taking in pictures taken elsewhere. There are four pages of pictures in random order. This month we also did an editing project, the results of which can be seen on our members only page.

Ann P: We found this an interesting picture featuring two lorries. The sky was good.

Sonia: A wet and miserable night in the centre of Edinburgh. The picture was taken on my phone, so not the best resolution, but the group thought it captured the mood and the motion of the traffic.

The Eurostar terminal. There was some disagreement about this shot - some people thought the figure in red caught the eye, bringing elements of the picture into focus, but one person thought it was distracting.

Bruce: We liked this colourful shot, which almost gave the effect of a collage, with intriguing glimpses of other people behind the principals.
